  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Products that have been tampered with or altered in any way.

3. Return Process

  • Our team will verify your claim and schedule a pickup if applicable.

  • You will be required to hand over the item to our courier team for inspection.

4. Return Approval

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days.

  • If the return is approved, we will proceed with the cash refund as per our refund policy.

Our refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent. Since we only accept cash payments, all refunds are processed in cash only.
